Trying not to get discouraged. I thought I did good this week. I'll just keep plugging along. Maybe I will lose more next week.

I know it's hard when the scale doesn't read like you think it should but it's so normal. A lot of times your body is right on the edge of dropping some weight and next week will be a great one. Just remember to track everything this week, drink your water and move as much as you can. Your body is stubborn and would be happy as a clam to keep the weight on so don't worry, it will happen.

Oh I know that for sure... as easy as it is to encourage others, I too fall into the same pattern of discouragement. I don't think there's any way around it sometimes... that's the beauty of a great support system and knowing how to identify what's happening.
Identify, empower and keep moving forward. =)
