Weigh day is day after tomorrow. I've been pretty good about not exceeding my daily RDI, ending 50-70% of the RDI. Hoping this lightened intake of calories, coupled with daily walks is sufficient to have taken off a few pounds. Looking in the mirror, I feel like my midsection has visibly shrank a bit, but that might be wishful thinking.
Saturday morning is weigh-in time, so we will see.
