I've been using the recepies and it is really easy to record them in the food diary.
315.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2450 kcal Fat: 97.65g | Prot: 86.39g | Carb: 321.94g.   Breakfast: Diamond of California Slivered Almonds, Great Value California Sun-Dried Raisins, Domino Sugar Dark Brown Sugar, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch: Wendy's Barq's Root Beer (Small Cup), Wendy's 1/4 lb Single Hamburger, Wendy's French Fries (Large). Dinner: Turkey Enchilada Casserole. Snacks/Other: Nature Valley Protein Chewy Bars - Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate. more...
