Went completely off the diet for the holiday and my son's birthday so I am not weighing in this week. Getting back on track and hoping to get to the 170's by Saturday. Have a cold and busy with the holiday stuff so doubtful on much exercise....
Been lots of cheating a bite of cake or stuffing or other carbs and sugar very hard to make all the holiday things without trying them at all!!
