Well , it looks like all leftovers are done with the exception of the turkey frozen for a pot pie next week (my hubby's fav). I start back to teaching tomorrow and will be back on my new normal eating habits. I am a music teacher and it is 11 days to the littles' program so will be super busy. Will plan the week later today.

My body is definitely getting rid of toxins...yay!

Will bike ride later and am going to do some food for the week prep as well as some housework as will not have a whole lot of time during the week.

I have taken up adult coloring pages! Love it...very relaxing!

Goals-2000mg sodium, 180 g carbs . Fat - 75g going to try to get closer this week.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
