I have learned today to make sure you prepare your food over the week end on time as when you sit on a Sunday morning and you do not know what to eat then you eat things like sausage rolls as it is ready and available. Feel full but cheating is not the way to go. Weekends is very difficult. Either I eat nothing or I eat what is available. My husband does not follow the program thus I do get graving when you see him eating and you are still wondering what to eat. Not fare. Eich I am struggling.
