With my parents here for the week (and Thanksgiving, of course) I've been eating gluten and more calories than usual. This isn't alarming to me; however, the fact that I didn't drink any water yesterday, only a glass of wine, is troubling. I've been feeling exhausted, mentally run down and physically fatigued since they've been here. I'm sure part of it is the stress of having company stay with you, but it's also that I'm not drinking enough liquids or sleeping enough.
I'm not getting enough vitamins and nutrients. I feel as sickly as I did when I first went to the nutritionist; yawning all day and waking up with a headache. This needs to stop now; I can't backslide into the miserable pool of fatigue that I was in before.

Lunch/Appetizer: • gouda cheese, herbed Boursin • handful of Ritz crackers
Snack: • apple pastry
Dinner: • turkey + gravy • mashed potatoes • stuffing + onions • roasted carrots • green beans + bacon + almonds • 1 glass of red wine
Dessert: • apple pastry + vanilla ice cream
