Not surprised, after last weekend to see the numbers go up. I am just thankful it isn't more. I know my body can't tolerate wheat, so I must make the effort to resist all attempts at sabotage. My family has always been one to say, "just a little won't hurt" but believe me, that's like saying, "just a little arsenic won't hurt!"
