Uh oh. Danger zone here. Maybe I should be happy that I have 'shed' 3 pounds in a day. But I know better. Obviously water (and a lot of it) but the downside is when I weigh in tomorrow, and I haven't shed 3 more pounds, the despair will set in.

Like it is reasonable to shed 3 pounds a day. *shaking my own head*

So today's goal is to stay the course. Eat all of my food, drink all of my water, find my 20 minutes of activity and let the chips (haha) fall where they may.

I need resilience. I need to find it within myself to push forward consistently and not let every victory (?) or failure (see how I expect myself to fail even before it's happened) run me right off my course.

Tomorrow I will weigh in. But today I will do what is within my power to make healthy choices.
