ugh i am getting chunky again... grrr... time to get back to tracking since my clothes are getting too tight and i feel sluggish. i am thinking about starting an at home workout video program because going to the gym doesn't really work with my work schedule. i have taken up swing dancing and i do that 2-3 nights per week on average. the other evenings after work i catch up on chores and spend time at home with my puppy so i don't really want to join a gym and leave my dog all day then go out again to go to the gym but i think an at home workout would be a good compromise. i want to strengthen my core (regardless of losing weight, which of course i want as well) so that i can have better balance for swing dancing. i need to stay on track and start recording foods here. i need to reduce excess calories in beverages and cut back on the snacks at the stocked kitchen at work. i can do this but i need to start over. one day at a time...
