That yoghurt sounds so good.  

It tastes very nice! It has no gelatine in it. Thanks Big Boy will be waiting to hear your response. 

Checkers Hyper had a special on Royale Yoghurt. R49 for 3 x 1kg tubs :D

Hey there Rewitzkym. I am from Western Cape. I am a PnP shopper but apparently their double cream has really gone south in the last few weeks. Evidently there is a problem at the factory and consumers are complaining. I will go to Checkers soon and get some. Our family avoid low fat and fat free products as they have so much rubbish in them. Thnx again to you and Big for all the info.  

Shoprite called me today to say that they have requested the information from their supplier of the product and will send it to me as soon as they receive it. I'll update here as soon as I get it.

I just got a call from the dairy that manufactures the Royale Double Cream Yoghurt. The nutritional information was a misprint and they are in the process of updating the labels on all their new batches. They apologized for the misprint and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. Sorry about that Rewitzkym! They will email me the correct nutritional label this week.

Unfortunately they have not emailed me the information as yet. I think they got caught out and don't have the correct analysis information so they just thought nobody would pick up that the info was incorrect. I would assume that their double cream yoghurt should be in the same region as other brands at around +/- 100 calories per 100 gram.  

lol I guess we will need to wait and see :D
