Holidays are going to be rough for me...My hubby is definitely wanting to cheat and since it is the holidays we have decided to not let guilt overwhelm us. We are going to keep to diet for the most part but not entirely, as a way to just start thinking of it. It is really hard to eliminate everything because it requires a new way to cook and that takes even more time I don't really have. So we are just going to keep the diet in mind, following its rules most of the time until January. Then in January we are going to be strict to keeping to it (To the Comprehensive Elimination Diet which is more rigorous than JJ Virgin but similar) for the month. This time, during the Holidays, will help me with my first goal I have written to be able to achieve this diet....no eating out. We eat out almost everyday so it is really hard to just quite and start cooking every meal. Time is my biggest issue and so is fatigue. So my first goal before January will be to cook (I already do breakfast each day...so mainly dinner is the issue).
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
