I need to eat more healthy snacks and drinks.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

i like to put mint and lemon in water blended its great, i also like raw almonds as a snack you may like it too, good luck shelly!
