I'll admit I didn't weigh myself first day, but I had checked the day before and was over 320. My lack of calories and exercise very well could have brought me down, plus the water weight from entering some ketosis. Not fully there yet, strips aren't even close to purple.
316.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 116.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
