not sure whats going on lately scale just keeps going up up up i work hard on it all week loose one pound if im lucky ,eat one meal and i gain 4 pounds smdh.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
