Here it is, the 26 of October and I don't think I have lost a lot of weight. I am on LCHF diet and also IFing every other day...eat one day, fast the next. Had a problem with constipation, and I'm wondering if my body will adjust to the fasting. My fasting BG was very high this morning at 171. I am still in the "I don't know what the hell I'm doing" stage and I am sure I am making plenty of mistakes. My clothes feel looser, but the scale says otherwise. I keep reading and learning.
