Ok so offically began today...I hate trying to eat when I know I have too...I am not used to eating breakfast so took me 2 hours to finish the bar. Ahhhh I know it works so keep it going and I LOVE thisw program makes it easier. Ok off to eat my snack hehehehe...never do I snack normally so here I go:)
