here we go! So far today, I have taken my 3 Great Danes on 2 seperate walks. I'm getting ready to do a P90X workout (or two!) My biggest vice, I think, will be with coffee. I don't drink much, but I do like it with coffeemate and splenda. I know, I know! Other than that, I make 95% of everything I eat from scratch, try to avoid any processed foods (except, obviously, with my coffee)and don't eat much meat. I do love cheese, yogurt, and pasta, so I will need to pay closer attention to the portion sizes of those..... LOL, today, however, I have already had a 1/2 chicken breast and 1 cup of greek yogurt! But, salads and fruit are on the menu for the rest of today! =-)
