Trying not to weigh myself constantly teaching myself some self-control lol maybe I'll check in with a new weight tomorrow. It's always a good day to lose weight 😉
209.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
