walked a 22mile hike yesterday around lake Geneva, WI. what a great & wonderful weather to be out in.. how every i'm pooped today...having hard time moving & got few blisters on my toes and sole of feet..but its all worth it .. i need to be more physical active so i feel less mental pain from my life.
