I think that thing mostly that has been helping me lose this week is I have been making sure that I drink half of my body weight in water. There were only two days that I didn't do that.
254.5 lb Lost so far: 12.7 lb.    Still to go: 104.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 13.3 lb a week
