Only down 3 pounds but I am feeling better. I have more energy & don't need an afternoon nap. I struggle with trying to get the carbs down but do manage to stay under 125 most days. Dr. Price wants me to work toward 25 a day but I don't know how to make that happen. I am more aware of what I am eating. I have fallen in love with the Pita Pit's spicy black bean. I get it without cheese but packed with veggies. Trying to do more in my yard for exercise. There is work that needs to be done & every day, it is my intention to get out there. Seems like there is always something that pulls me away from it. Today, I was gone from 1030 to 130 & then a friend stopped by until 345. Now I need to email my sister, so she gets my message before she sits down to write to me. Tomorrow, my friend Tilda & I are going to stop by an estate sale & then go to the Italian Festival. I am sure that will be a struggle with the foods. I want to support the causes they support & it sounds like fun.
