1lb on :-( but realised haven't really stuck to it this week, too many distractions and not writing my food diary. see if I can get motivated again now.

Not to worry - you know what you need to do to get back on track. I find when I am focused I even record my bad binge days - it still makes me mindful to not go too mad. Do you weigh yourself everyday? I used to record my weight everyday as you will be amazed how it can fluctuate and a high can be caused by so many factors and not necessary long term weight gain - I learn you can have a false high (too much salt, water, heavy meal in transit) but not a false low.....so if you weigh in day is on a day with a high, it can be very disappointing.

I only weigh in once a week, but did have a big meal last night, so hoping it's down to that.

That is probably it - if you check in a few days you will see. A pound is very little when you consider a plate full of even something like veg. Best get back to the recording because if you are anything like me...I eat all the right foods, but can over eat even with them.

I think recording even the bad days /food is worthwhile, at least you see why you haven't lost and can avoid doing it again. Also try to only weigh yourself at the same time of day to avoid fluctuations,. Good luck
