Parque Villa Lobos. Expectativa de realizar 03 (TRÊS) voltas no circuito das "bikes" 3.5 km. Total: 10.5 km em 25 cada volta: 01:15min. 06:00hs

Tranquilo....mais ou menos..... 10 KM intervalado, 02 a 03 minutos andando no circuito para recuperar o fôlego....Firme no propósito. Focado no progresso. À noite, verificando a possibilidade de substituição da janta por Shakes de Caseína.
