I wasoff the last few days and I have not done so well I dont fell so good about my self I have to get back onb track I am going to do the 5 day thing I have to I just keep goping up and down and that is not want i want to do the stres at home is not helping I just have to do it for my self

Jennifer, just move on!! Don't focus on what happened, just move forward!!! You can DO IT!! You'll be surprised of how the 5DPT helps you. Also, I did horribly this week also, so lets move on together, ok?
