My goal when I started in Jaan was to lose 10 lbs a month. Well it is now Oct 1st and I have lost 10 lbs so I have decided to get my but in gear. I also have been really depressed so I hope by focusing on meeting at least some of my yearly goals the it will keep my mind of of other things. So my goal now is 30 lbs by the end of the year, wish me luck.

10 pounds a month is a lot to expect, but the fact that you have lost 10 pounds is something to be proud of. At our age (You look to be about the same age as me) losing weight is very difficult to start with and making changes to habits that have been ingrained for a lifetime is also difficult. I also notice that you weigh yourself several times a week. Stay off the scale and weigh yourself on one set day a week. The scale is only a number and only one factor in a healthy lifestyle. If you've added more veggies to your diet and increased your activity level then you need to count those as positives as well.
