28th september 2015 and weighing in at 18st 11lb i have lost a total of 6lb after weighing in at 19st 3lb on friday 11th september. my weight due to one reason or another has always been a yo yo nightmare, the highest recoreded weight being 19st 3lb. i lost my mum in dec 2010 and my dad jan 2015 . in between then i have had a total thyroidectomy after suffering a lot of weight/gains losses during my troublesome thyroid. i find it hard to lose weight as i have no natural metabolism, but after suffering much joint pain due to skeletal fibromyalgia, and a range of muscular skeletal problems i am attempting a two stone weight loss for christmas to try and eleviate the pain in my joints. i was 19st 3lb and now weigh 18st 11lb so once again off i go . tune in next week for an update. normally i weigh every fortnight. 2 new challenges to begin . stand by. any one wanting a buddy feel free tp contact me. thanks.
