still stalled on weight loss. Napping more lately because of migraines for the last two days. Still wish I was losing more weight. Can't quite figure out why with so few calories its not coming off...

Maybe you are in an adjustment period. I read that our bodies will stall or plateu for a while so they can adjust. The hard thing is to not give up during that time. If you can hang in there and be good then your body will figure out it's not starving or "dying" and comply. Also with the migraines extra rest is a good thing. Do you take a daily aspirin? 325 mg per day is recomended for migraine sufferers as opposed to the 81 mg recomended to cardiac patients. I, too, have migraine disorder but had biofeedback in the 80's and learned how to stop it at the aura but even that can be debilitating for a while. Good luck to you.
