Not doing too bad. watching the calories but then it is summer and the weekend barbecues are difficult. Wednesday was a minor splurge, had company and had drinks, ate potato salad, chips, dip, cheeseburgers with all the trimmings including the bun and marionberry pie. Last night was a major splurge eating a calzone from Papa Murphy's. OMG it was so good. Downside...I fell into a food coma, woke up about two hours later and went to bed. Total carb overload. But hey...afterward I slept very soundly!
