Haven't been exercising lately, because life has gotten busier. I do however stay active with my new boyfriend and we are eating mostly chicken which is outlined in my diet. My size 16s are fitting wonderfully and I do have more energy because of eating more proteins. I still crave sugars but I do not give in to them anymore. I do not punish myself for wanting sweets because it will make me eat more of it when I do give in to temptation. I can do better with exercising but all in all, I look amazing and this is definitely something that I will do long term for myself. Even though, I've had to have help with appetite suppressing, I am confident that it will be enough after the new year to maintain a good and acceptable weight of 195! Hopefully this goal will be reached before March of 2016 and then I can get on a weight management program with my doctor!
Good progress although, I can do better and I plan to do better in the coming weeks.
