I was inspired by a challenge I saw it's doing 3 things 1. something fun / new 2. an hr of exercise or 10 000 steps a day 3. drinking 2.3 l of water daily
I am going to try it.. I have decided to wear 1 piece of jewellry everyday when I leave the house. I have plans to go to the gym.. after work. I have probably managed 1 l of water so far.. 1.2 to go..
