Well today, I was feeling better until I passed by the swimsuit section in Wal-Mart...I did my positive self talk and marched straight to the electronics section where I bought a new Billy Blanks DVD...I will begin this today and I hope to see some results...I really really really want this weight to come off. I miss myself...my clothes...and the way my fiance used to look at me. I've made this decision to change my lifestyle and it's very difficult, but, I must keep reminding myself it's worth it. Thanks for all the support from you ladies...I always need some inspiration to keep me moving forward.
