I am going to do a combination of low-carb, and JUDDD. Just going to see what happens...nothing to lose but lbs!!

Hey there! JUDDD and LC! This is what I'm doing and it's help me to get back to goal and I LOVE the way I don't worry about carbs anymore. The funny thing is I'm actually eating about the same amount of carbs on my down days with JUDDD as I did doing LC! I LOVE EATING THIS WAY!! Come join the JUDDD forum on Low Carb Friends!!
