Finally found Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread in a local store. Turns out Publix had it so I finally get to try it tonight! I was NOT paying 14 dollars to try it from amazon. 3 dollars from Publix was much better. 4 (large) or 3 (mini one) net carbs for a pita. I'm hoping it's good. I'm over wraps and a sandwich is nice once in a while. Plus it they are good you can make pizza using them as a base.

Okay dinner is done. I won't be slapping butter on the pitas and eating them by themselves BUT they are pretty good. The mini size fit the burger and veggies in it perfectly and even my son said I could use them again. Victory, no more wraps for a while. A breakfast sandwich may even be in my future. They are very thin and one side is a little prone to ripping. I just made that side the top and it worked.

I LOVE Publix! If you like ANY kind of seafood, I've been getting their 'bake-in-a-bag' meal kits lately -- choose your fish (like salmon or tilapia) or shrimp/scallops and sauce/sides (they have 4 varieties -- I usually get the dill sauce with quinoa/spinach paired with salmon). They seal it all in a bag that you just put on a tray and stick in the oven and bake @ 350 for ~20 min. Each bag is 2 servings/meals.

Sounds yummy but I fish and I run my own tackle shop. If I don't catch it myself people bring it to me. I'm pretty lucky that way. Fresh grouper in season, pompano, and spanish macks. :) A few of my customer also go lobster diving and bring them back for me. I also have a pretty good geoduck location when I remember to go in season. One of my friends even shrimps for me.

Fresh fish -- jealous! (I'm 'landlocked' here in the ATL.)
