Got back from my in-laws place. It wasn't too bad this this. I have one of those mother in-laws. I try to avoid them and only go about three times a year. It also doesn't help I'm really allergic to her cats. I packed food just in case. Their normal cooking is not very good and it's high grain, high carb. This time they took us out to dinner. A bbq place. My first thought was this is not good. I was wrong. They had really good ribs and they were LOW CARB. 2 carbs per full rack. I researched before we went and found out they have the lowest bbq sauce carbs around. The sauce was really good and on the way home I had Publix order some for me. Amazon wanted way too much money for it. Ribs and such are back on the menu. I did make a wrap for my lunch today before we left. I used the food I brought with me.

On a side note my sis in-law has also gained weight (we were about the same size) after seeing me I'm sure she will start losing weight. I told my mother in-law this and she said she wouldn't say anything but it would make her happy. I've been able to call events in her life ever since I've met her. The first time she started talking about a certain guy she was dating I told my husband she will marry him, she did. I told him she would be preggy within a year and she was. She asked me about the vivofit 2 and I answered all her questions. She was looking at the fitbit but dismissed it since it was not water resistant and this one is. She'll probably have one within 2 weeks. (Once it goes on sale again) I don't think she'll do low carb but will pick something that will work for her. She's not a low carb diet person. She has nothing against it but she's not a huge fan of meat and can leave bacon.

Sorry about any mistakes tonight, my cat is swishing his tail at the screen and it reacts to it since it has a touchscreen. I'm glad to be home.
