I weighed in this morning and was happy with my result. But I was naughty last night when I had a bowl of my favorite Neapolitan ice cream at 1:30 am. There was no sneaked in the fridge. Just a stayed up late doing my project with a snack. But still I got a good result the next day. Today is my favorite day - a "Cheat Day." I called it a "Pig Day Out". I will be eating anything. So I'll be expecting a little bit change by tomorrow. See you.
