Marshacup's Journal, 01 September 2015

So, hopefully will manage to get back on track today. Yesterday's breakfast was definitely unplanned, but my husband and I had been arguing (over silly stuff, I know...) and he woke me up with bacon and eggs for breakfast. Couldn't say no. :) Then drug reps here at work brought Chinese food. I know I should have just gone downstairs to the lunch room and gotten a salad, but I tried to make it work, and... well, at least I didn't have the egg rolls or rice. Won't make the mistake of trusting myself with Chinese food again. :)

On the plus side, I found a recipe for tomato sauce that I use for my vegetti that only has ~5 carbs per serving, which is better than spending an hour in the grocery store to find the one with the lowest carbs, and have it still be 7-8 carbs per serving. The recipe is super easy and makes enough for 4 meals. I tried to add it to my cookbook, but couldn't find a way to add the actual amounts needed... the tomatoes were only in the system as "servings," but it required a whole can, so it was listed as 7 servings (the number of servings in a can), but that would be confusing for anyone else. Oh well.

Oh, and another plus side... My shirts are getting too big and feeling sloppy. I mean, it's not a GREAT thing because I don't have the means to get a new wardrobe right now, but it is a good thing because, hey, I may be down another size up top. I'm also fitting comfortably in the size 18 pants that I had bought a month ago but needed to wear spanx for them to fit comfortably. Means I'm probably a 16/18 up top and an 18 on the bottom. Not bad for a girl who was all over 24/26 six months ago.

And Darebee.com released another fitness role playing workout/game. Once I finish my heroes journey, I will enter the world of Pandora. It'll be fun. :)
