203.7 lb Lost so far: 57.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

weigh-in first thing in the morning after "Leg day- Monday" at the gym. 5x5 squat (light weight - 50Kg) 5x5 deadlift(60Kg) 3x10 hamstring curls (18Kg) 2x20 step lunges 2x20 standing calve raises (10kg)
