I have 22 kg to go. I'm sure you can do it. I lost 11 kg in 5 weeks by throwing out all bad foods such as sugar, biscuits, cakes etc and stocking up on veg and fruit, lentils and sweetener. Try and make every meal yourself using fresh ingredients and it will happen. Best of luck Granny!

It is overwhelming, I've been gradually putting on weight over the past 10 years always telling myself that I will diet tomorrow, but it never happened. I'm now determined that I'm going to do it this time. It isn't easy, but little by little I'm learning to change my eating habits and exercise more. Just tale it one day at a time.
