Had a bit of an emotional crises late last week and spent the weekend hibernating. This is all having to do with packing and moving and I'm facing it and doing it anyway. Clear as a bell (like I didn't know already) that as soon as I feel a bit uncomfortable I want to eat. Moving forward, not letting any set backs set me back. Bonus - I still lost weight.
