I found this as I wanted to find out what amount of carbs, proteins and fat I should get in the context of a 1400kcal diet:

Carbs 175g Per Day- 35g Per Meal- 700 cals/day
Proteins 87g Per Day- 17.4g Per Meal- 350 cals/day
Fat 38g Per Day- 7.6g Per Meal- 350 cals/day
