Winnt's Journal, 29 August 2015

I've come to realize/learn that an individuals body responds to its own caloric intake with no particular comparison (or reason) to another's body of said intake. What works for me and what beliefs I use to set my goals are also of an individual nature. If I am honest enough to realize my goals are not being met then I have to try something else that I believe could possibly work for me. By gaining more knowledge from personal advice or study, then I will adjust the method(s) to meet my goal. So, so many opinions, diets, and food group eliminations are offered , but are not necessarily healthy for a body, as in the latter. The best advice, in yet another opinion , comes in the form of encouragement. Sure, tell me what worked for you, just don't imply your plan is what I need. Rather, encourage me to not give up. To not be a quitter. Remind me that my health depends on a manageable plan that fits my own life style and that I will eventually find it.
If I remain positive with a 'can do' attitude then I will succeed and maintain my ideal weight/BMI. Eating properly is a habit I want to be addicted with. I'm not far from it now.
