Surprised by this huge gain - although I did overeat on Friday (Amy's bday dinner) and yesterday (no reason). Probably also dehydrated.

Back on the wagon this week!
147.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
