Man, took forever to get back to where I was losing weight after just one cheat day. Plus I think I put too much salt in my latest batch of vegetable soup, lol. Still feel great though. I could really tell a difference when I went to the chiropractor yesterday.. my massage therapist didn't have to work as hard to get to my muscles through my fat ;)
