Dear Journal,
I learned one thing by losing weight which is to eat less and drink plenty of water but not too much to stay healthy. But i don't know is how to keep my weight in one place.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
