I did so well loosing weigh in 2011/12 and I gain it all back. Now to do it again. I was eating right doing the right things not on any diet. Then i just slipped back into old ways again. I am so mad at myself about this and i have to get back down to where I was in 2012. A little older now so the task is going to be a little harder.
