Cutting down the sugar has definitely impacted the way I eat and my food choices. I eat fruit instead of reaching for the sweets. I have also stopped eating cheese and haven't had pasta in a while either. Oh and no booze. Yup sounds boring but I have to say my appetite has changed so much that I actually only eat when I am hungry. :)
