I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR TWO WEEKS. I AM JUST GETTING MY BASE DOWN. THIS IS THE WEEK I GO FOR IT AND START TRAINING HARD. I RAN TWO MILES ON THE TREADMILL 21:13. I FELT GOOD ON MY RUN. WE HAD TO LEAVE THE GYM MY DAUGHTER WAS CRYING TO MUCH IN THE DAY CARE NO BIGGIE GOT TWO MILES IN. WILL WORK OUT LATER AGAIN. I STARTED TAKING A MULTI VITAMIN.
