Following the a long day at work yesteday, and it being the anniversary of losing my Father I had an all out pig fest for dinner. I actually knew that if I took my husband up on his offer to go to my favorite pub for dinner - I would not be able to be good. Of course, I wasn't! I am not going to guilt myself out by this. Just write it off and get back on course. off to weigh myself now.....................................
