I got on this site this morning thinking "Man, 2400 cal. a day? I'll manage on that! I'm sure I eat way less anyways." I wanted to lose weight, but I realize, barely 6 hours after creating my account, that my eating habits are atrocious. I eat junk and crap "balanced out" by eating one or two healthy things during the day.

I sat and wondered how I gained 10lbs in a month being off work post surgery and it's because I didn't know just how bad my habits were. These are the last days of me eating because I'm bored, eating crap and feeling hungry barely an hour later, and thinking I'm doing just fine despite the fact that I can see I'm not.

By October 10, I will look and feel fantastic.
